The family bungalow we booked had a lovely view of the garden, a very comfortable bed, a bathtub, and a fantastic location close to the ocean, nature, and taxis.

The staff was superfriendly and amicable, offered to visit some nice places. Quiet and stunning location - a short way from everywhere we needed. Moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from Ban po Beach.
Its breakfast definitely could be was n't included in the rate.

The bed was spacious, the room was air-conditioned, and the location was excellent for exploring the island, with incredibly friendly staff.

We rented a family bungalow between friends and it was really comfortable altough simple but spacious. All the kitchen amenuities were there if we wanted to cook our own food. The location on the beach was great as really far from the usual crazyness of Koh Samui. Nobody selling things on the beach every 3 min. However, a mode of transportation is really needed to enjoy that place fully otherwise you could feel slightly isolated. It is a real gem hidden on Koh Samui. Really quiet for good sleep and relaxing time. The staff brought english breakfast on the outside table of the bungalow every morning. Would recommend it.

Clean beautiful beach with good swimming, exeptional sea-view, comfortable bed, good ac, very clean and white towels and sheets, quietness, very nice female owners
No wifi in wooden beach front bungalow, uncomfortable house with many levels and low heights ( I hit both my head and feet several times), the guy who is serving breakfast does not speak any English, several things did not work in the house, difficult to get the food you want unless you have scooter, 2 totally different beach houses have the sane price while the wooden old one is times worse than the new one and have different facilities ( I.E. the old one has non sun bed on the terrasse while the new one has 2, just to mention one thing...)

Family owned and managed bungalows, very basic in design and comfort, rather old, but clean and cozy. We were staying in Family bungalow #4 for the whole month and especially enjoyed relaxing in the balcony/terrace with the third queen size bed. A few nearby places to eat (one decent place just across the road; good thai food for take away ~1 km to the left, just before the school), but for attractions you will need a transportation (rent motorbike or car from the neighbor). Turn right on the beach - there is The Sea hotel 500 m away, where you can buy drinks and ask to use the beautiful pool. Good massage on the beach.
Although all bungalows are secluded in nice green garden, there is some car/motorbike noise from the road (probably not for beachfront bungalows), but not to be afraid of... Do not expect the wild beach to be sterile...

Bangpo Village served its purpose for me, I wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday and this was was at a very quiet part of the island - excellent, not very touristy and very quiet. We had the pleasure of staying at a seafront bungalow on the first night, this was excellent, opening the doors directly onto the sea view. for the rest of the time, we were closer to the road, the road noise was audible, but not disturbing and the bungalow was still walking distance (3 minutes) from the beach. A few hundred metres away is a seafood restaurant where mainly Thai people dine and local food (including local catch) can be eaten. The bungalows are clean and well maintained.
It says on the Booked.net website that there is airport shuttle. I understood this as a typical shuttle service, so was somewhat disappointed to arrive at the airport only to discover a 700 baht charge to go to Bangpo by a regular taxi (no shuttle was available). Since its so far away, not many other others are going that way to share a taxi. Coming back, a taxi can be arranged for 500 baht, via a nearby facility. I would recommend calling in advance, to see if its possible to arrange transport.
